 Resume:
 He completed his high school education at Mersin Gazi High School and received his undergraduate education from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine.
 After graduation, in the institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Health, respectively;  He worked as a civil servant in Hakkari State Hospital, Aksaray Provincial Directorate of Health and various health institutions affiliated to Ankara Provincial Health Directorate.
 He received the Dialysis certificate by taking the Dialysis certificate course training between November 1996 and June 1997.
